Are Aliens real?
It is said that “The only thing that is more scary than space aliens is the idea that there aren't any space aliens. We can't be the best that creation has to offer. I pray we're not all there is. If so, we're in big trouble". The curiosity of humans have lead them to venture out to space more than they have discovered their own planet Earth.
When we speak of aliens; the literal meaning of aliens is "Unknown" or "Unfamiliar". But how can we be unfamiliar to anything in the universe when one of the great joys in gazing at the night sky comes from feeling a connection with the cosmos. How can one call anything alien that the universe has to offer since we all share the same origin, the Big Bang. All the matter in the universe including every element we are made of was made in the aftermath of exploding stars.
The nitrogen in our DNA, the iron in our blood, the calcium in our bones, everything can be traced back to the stars.
The universe is almost 13 billion years old, our solar system was formed 4 billion years ago while we humans set foot on the Earth merely 3 millions years ago. So it would not be rude but very stupid of us if we feel that we are only life form in the universe. Just because we have not encountered one does not mean they don't exist.
There are certain theories and evidences suggesting the existence of extraterrestrial life outside Earth like
UFO's have been seen several times on the Earth's ionosphere, the controversy that Area 51 under NASA in the Nevada District houses aliens and so on.
Even the Sci-fi genre has portrayed the aliens in many forms, mostly in a disastrous manner, which stems from the fact that how we treat our own mother Earth.
